Please review your apartment’s conditions and the following guidance before booking.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 16:00; check-out is by 10:00. Notify the host of changes to your schedule by the previous day. Early arrival or late departure may not be possible due to cleaning.

Guests and length of stay

Observe the capacity for your apartment. The listings for 601 and 704 specify a minimum of two nights. Check date-specific conditions on Airbnb.

Guest information

The listings request guest information, identification documents and an online agreement. Follow the post-booking instructions for the required documents and submission method.

Supplies and kitchen

You may use the provided consumables. Buy any additional supplies you need during your stay. Cookware is available; please bring your own seasonings.

Waste and neighbours

Do not leave rubbish on the balcony. Take it to the designated waste area following the instructions. Be considerate of neighbours in the apartment building. Apartments 601 and 704 are non-smoking; check each listing for smoking and pet rules.

Booking and cancellation

Rates vary by date. Read the Airbnb terms on cancellation, refunds and arrival times before confirming. Contact the host before booking if you wish to register this as your address.
